Our Makino Advanced System consists of four Makino horizontal mills linked to a 48-pallet system. This system allows us greater flexibility through the use of standardized tooling and quick change work holding fixtures. With the ability to run a greater mixture of parts, including low-volume parts, we can help customers with design changes throughout the machining process.
We use the FANUC M710iC /50 Robot during inspection to automate and streamline our inspection processes. This robotic automation CMM cell has 100 pallets and has faster throughput, lights out capabilities, and decreased setup time.
